4’33” Workout

John Cage’s 4’33” accompanied my run today. Heh heh. I had to get this workout done and over with because I have a ton of work to do. I didn’t get to prep my playlist or take a picture of my running outfit 😦 (UA short sleeve tech t + Nike tempo shorts)

Did a ladder workout with 2:00 rest in between each:
400 warm up
800 warm up
1200 5:48? I can’t remember :/
1600: 7:48
1200 5:something? Around 7:45-50ish pace
800: 3:55
800: 3:56
400: 1:49

I need to get better at remembering 1200 times. I’m not familiar with the concept of those numbers because I’m so used to 200, 400, 800, 1600, etc.

Core, abs, 3 (haha) pull-ups afterwards

How do you get your workouts in when you’re super duper busy?
